Enroll in the automatic payment program through Trestle Management Group by accessing the community portal and selecting ‘Make a Payment’ / ‘Auto-Draft’.
The community portal provides you with the means to discontinue enrollment or make a change to the banking information by selecting ‘Make a Payment’ / Auto-Draft’.
Assessments cover a homeowner’s share of common-area expenses. Homeowners receive a copy of the new fiscal year’s budget annually, detailing the budgeted amount for each expense.
Common area expenses for single-family home communities may include landscaping (water/electricity/maintenance/repairs), pool, clubhouse, basketball court, etc. Condominiums may also include roof and exterior structure repairs.
Assessments are due on the 1st day of the month. The date your assessment is considered late depends on the association’s governing documents. Your statement will reflect the date a late fee will be charged if the assessment is not paid on time.
